There is a list of Tadpoles outside Room 3204 with important information. Be sure to check it out as soon as possible!

 

Attention Students!! Come out and support the West Monroe High School Swim Team this Saturday beginning at 10 AM at the Centenary College in Shreveport as they take on other teams in the northeast area! They will be competing for the first time this season on Saturday, so make sure you come out and show your rebel support for all of our swimmers!!

 

Students are required as of September 4th to obtain a Temporary Permit from the office of Motor Vehicles before enrolling in a Driver's Ed class. You must present the ID from this point forward before enrolling in classes. Whether you are ready to enroll or not you should go ahead and take care of this now. After completion of the course, the student will surrender the Temporary Permit to the Office of Motor Vehicles along with the Certificate of Completion, and other required documents. 

 

The Temporary Permit will then be converted to a Learner's Permit for a Minor. Coach Osborne's next class will Start Tuesday September 25th

Saturday September 22nd at 9:00 am will be the enrollment date and parent meeting to sign documents. If you want in this class you should come see Coach Osborne in the PE gym to put your name down. Only the first 40 get in. After you get your Temporary Permit, if you plan on getting 1 of the 40 spots for the September 25th class you must come reserve that spot by showing Coach Osborne your ID in the PE gym.

 

Yearbook picture and ID retakes will be Friday, September 21in the Main Office Lobby starting at7:30am.This is a free service for anyone who missed pictures on preview day and the 1st week of school. If you DID take your picture and would like a retake OR if you lost your ID, you may pay $5 and have your picture taken again.

They are listed by  homeroom teacher's name.

Please dismiss these students as quickly as you have checked roll Monday morning.

Congratulations to the girls and boys cross country teams for winning the cross country meet yesterday. Top finishers for the girls include Laura Katherine Dupuy, top finisher overall. Alexis Sims, Anna Grace McDuffie, Hannah Hudnall, Katie Redman, and akellyn Fleming. Top finishers for the boys were Jon Avery, Baylor Picard, Daniel Roland, Christian Grant, Tristan Ervin, David Bennett, and Diesel Martin. Come out and support the team next week at Airline.
