The yearbook would like to take a group picture of the District Literary Rally 1st & 2nd place winners during spring club pic day. Dress in business attire and report to the Memorial Gardens at 8:50 on Tuesday, March 6th.

If you are a junior and already have your class ring, stop by Miss Kiper's room 6204 or contact Courtney Cruse. We'd like to get a picture of your ring to feature in the yearbook.

Do you want to be featured in the yearbook? We need Spanish club pics from your field trip to Alexandria, Prom-posal pics, student achievements, and bass fishing team pics. Send yours in with a good caption to to be included in our book!


Spring Club Picture Day will beTuesday, March 6th in the Memorial Gardens. The following clubs will have their picture taken. Please dress accordingly. Check in with your 1st period teacher and come down 5-10 minutes prior to your scheduled time. We are on a tight schedule, so please be on time. If you are late, you will not be photographed.

Attention all current sophomores and juniors who are interested in the teaching or coaching profession:

STAR is a class offered as an elective just for you! Juniors must have a 2.5 GPA, and sophomores must have a 3.0 GPA. There is a short application to fill out so see Mrs. Hunt in room 4209 if you need one. This class will be taught 5th period.


Attention all students who are thinking about taking a dual enrollment class next year:

There will be an informative meeting held in the auditorium onThursday, March 22, at 5:30 p.m. Required paperwork will be handed out as well. Parents are encouraged to attend this meeting. See or email Mrs. Hunt for any questions concerning dual enrollment.


The Rebel golf team will be playing in the Bayou Rapides Invitational this Saturday and Sunday in Alexandria, La. This is a high level tournament with 12 teams from around the state and several individual golfers. Good luck to the team this weekend! The team will be represented by the following golfers: Joey Kirkland, Jacob Slaughter, Porter Tuberville, Tyler Bell and James McMahan. Individuals are; Joseph McMahan, John Adam Lengefeld and Chandler Van.


On Monday and Wednesday of next week the boys and girls will be playing in two 9 whole tournaments on the Front 9 Tour at Calvert and Chennault. Good Luck Rebels!
