Student Council is hosting its annual Christmas cheer canned food drive. There will be a competition between homeroom classes. The first place class will win a pizza lunch and second place will win donuts. Please help support a worthy cause.
Students are you interested in going on a tour of several European countries during the summer of 2018? If so, there will be an informational meeting on Thursday December 8th at 6:00 pm in the WMHS library. If you can't come to the meeting you can see Mrs Krista Jones in room 5202.
The yearbook has space for a few more senior baby ads. If you wanted to purchase one, but missed the deadline, now's your chance! The ads will be cash only and first come, first serve. Stop by room 6204 to pick up your order form.
Tonight will be a wonderful opportunity to continue in the holiday spirit by coming to our West Monroe High School’s Orchestra Concert. The concert starts at 6:30.
Coach Osborne is now signing up students for his next Driver's Ed class! It will start on Monday December 12th right after school. You can start signing up during 1st thru 3rd periods in the PE gym starting Tuesday Dec. 6th.
The cost is 295.00 and must be cash or money order.
The WMHS Jr Civitans are excited to announce that the Civitan Smiles Park won $25,000 from the State Farm Neighborhood Assist Grant!! Thank you for voting and your continued support!

Do you like to draw? Do you like to write poetry? The Ouachita Citizen will publish its annual Christmas special section on December 22, 2016. If you have anything Christmas related that you would like published in the Ouachita Citizen make sure that you turn it into their office by December 16, 2016.
