Distinguished Alumni Nomination

Applications to nominate a candidate for distinguished alumni can be picked up in the main office or downloaded using the attached PDF. There is a minimum of 5 applications that need to be received in order for the committee to make their selection. If the minimum requirement of 5 nominations is not received, the applications will be held till the following year. Forms and additional information are due to the main office by Monday, September 26^th no later than 2 p.m.
