Kasey Barkley has been accepted to both Louisiana Tech and ULM.  He has chosen to attend  ULM because he is receiving the Academic Excellence Award.  This scholarship is valued at $36,500 over the course of four years.  He will also receive a President's TOP HAWKS iPad.  Kasey will major in Marketing and we certainly look forward to the exciting places his life will take him.  Best of luck in the years ahead.

Mrs. Rodgers teaches four periods of English IV Dual Enrollment through ULM.  When students are in a dual enrollment course, they have already applied and been accepted to college.  These students have not all decided whether they will attend ULM, but they are all ahead of the game since they have at least one application to college complete.  If you are a freshmen, sophomore or junior, be sure to learn more about dual enrollment for the 2020-2021 school year.  English IV is just one of many Dual Enrollment courses we offer.

Seniors - More of you are going home with prizes today because you have already applied to college.  After the announcements are over, the following students should report to Mrs. Ramsey in guidance to pick up your reward:
