The new Amateur Radio Club has a meeting after school today in the STEM building. Anyone is welcome! Remember, t-shirt money is due to Mrs. Cavin by this Friday, September 13th.

Freshman that are running for student council officers please come by Mrs Jones room 6205 during your lunch shift today!!!

Attention FCS Members

You can now order your T-Shirts on the West Monroe High School Website.  Look under the Parents & Students Tab and find Online School Payments.  Scroll down to Fellowship of Christian Students and order your shirt.  It's that easy!  The link will be live for two weeks only so don't postpone ordering your shirt.  

10th, 11th, and 12th grade Junior Civitans who are interested in helping with the People with Special Needs Day at the fair on September 25th, should come pick up the permission forms that are outside Mrs. Beach's room (6206). Only the first 25 completed forms turned in will be allowed to go. 

Homecoming Court Nomination forms are available on gorebs.org. The deadline for turning in nominations is Thursday, September 12th. 

"If you are interested in joining 4-H please come by Ms. Russell's classroom, Room 6104, to pick up enrollment form and September Newsletter. Enrollment forms, $20 dues and t-shirt size should be turned into Ms. Russell by Friday September 20th."

JCL members! There will be a meeting on Thursday, September 12, at 7:25 before school in the library. Meet Mrs. K at the "library" doors no later than 7:25. We will discuss Fall Forum and our September service. See you there!

Reminder for freshmen JAG students: You will meet with Mrs. Lockhart tomorrow, September 10th, in the auditorium immediately following 1st period. You should be in your 2nd period class by 9:10 and Mrs. Lockhart will give you a note to provide for your teacher. 

Students - Remember the College and Career Fair is quickly approaching.  On September 12th, you and your family will have the opportunity to meet with over 50 representatives.  The fair will be held in the Edgewood Multipurpose Complex from 5:30 - 7:30.  This is a come and go event that you won't want to miss.  

Students - Are you an avid fisherman?  If so, you take home a $750  - $4,000 scholarship in the Teens Crappie Fishing for Scholarships tournament. This event is open to all students, not just seniors.  Stop by guidance soon to pick up your application brochure.  The tournament will be held on October 12th at Lake D'Arbonne.  You could also get your 15 minutes of fame because the event will be filmed and aired on the Pursuit Channel and hosted by National Champion Paul Alphers.  Only 100 applications will be accepted, so don't delay.  Apply Today!
