Attention Freshman that are seeking a student council office, you must turn in your signed acknowledgement form to Mrs Jones in room 6202 by the end of today. Ninth grade student council officer elections will be Thursday during 2nd period. If you applied to be a member of student council, you should receive a letter in your homeroom by Thursday letting you know if you were accepted or not.

WMHS students who want to join Rebel Nation and cheer on the football team from the student section need to bring $3 during their lunch shift any day this week to the Rebel Nation table set up outside of the New Gym to purchase your membership. Student Section passes are for WMHS students ONLY! You must still buy a ticket or have an athletic pass to get into the game.
Athletic passes are on sale now. Get yours before school and during lunch in Coach McDuffie's room, 5207. Coach John Barron, upstairs wing one, and Coach Rob Arledge on the science wing will also have them available. Athletic passes are $30 each and allow students entry to all regular season home athletic events.
Key club is a service organization affiliated with the Kiwanis of Greater Ouachita. Applications are available outside room 3103 and the library. If you have a heart for service, THIS is the club for you. Anyone can join!
Junior Civitan forms and fees are due by Friday, September 17th. All new and returning members must submit completed forms and online fees. See Mrs. Beach in Room 6206 for more information.
West Monroe will soon begin this year's Chick-fil-a Leadership Academy. In this club students will learn servant leadership skills, gain volunteer service hours, make friends, and receive free Chick-fil-a at the September kick off on September 29. Signups for the Chick-fil-a Leadership Academy are between now and Friday, September 17. You can sign up today by stopping by a Sophomore English Teacher's classroom and scanning the QR code on the flier in their room.
Students interested in Art Club can pick up an application outside of Mrs. Lengefeld's room 1109. Applications will be collected at the first meeting which is TODAY! Dues can be paid at this meeting or online at gorebs.org. Art Club members interested in designing this year's club shirt, please have your designs with you at the Sept. 14th meeting.
