Interesting Mrs. Dunn side note info.,
I own CrossFit 318, located in Downtown Monroe. I have owned, managed and coached in a CrossFit gym since 2007.
Fitness, personal-training, nutrition, coaching CrossFit and the sport of weightlifting has been a huge part of my life for, going on 13 years now. It’s so hard to believe it’s been that long. Time flies when you’re doing what you love!
CrossFit 318, here in Monroe, has been in operation since 2012. I have competed in Olympic Weighlifting and been to CrossFit Regionals 4 times (2011,2012,2013,2014). I love fitness, competition and particularly Olympic Weighlifting. I am also USAW Sports Perfomance certified and love coaching the Olympic lifts, Snatch and the Clean & Jerk.
Who says artists can’t be athletes too!?!?
